In 2011, Andy Miller joined the Taylor Publications Team as a Multimedia Designer, after receiving a degree in Multimedia Design from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. He later went on to manage the Publications Team while continuing to design service training materials. More recently, Andy has assumed the role of eLearning Manager and is hard at work bringing our global network training on demand, via the Crown Academy eLearning system. In his personal life, Andy is the proud parent of his 12 year old son, Ethan, and a 7 year old golden retriever, Dexter.
